Usually, when I think of stuffing for pasta, I think shells or Manicotti stuffed with red sauce and ground beef. But this recipe changed my perspective quite a bit. If you love the savory taste of mushrooms and the spicy bite of Italian sausage, give this recipe a whirl. You'll find it a welcome deviation from the standard plate of spaghetti and meatballs.
