Be WARNED: Once You Make This Slow-Cooker Pulled Pork You’ll Never Make It The Same Way Again!

Here's everything you need for this succulent pulled pork. You need 20 minutes of prep time and 8 hours of cooking time for this recipe that makes 12 servings.

Ingredients To Gather

  • 2/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 to 4 lb boneless pork shoulder
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Directions To Follow: 

  1. Spray 5-quart or larger slow cooker with cooking spray. In medium bowl, beat mustard, soy sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder and 2 teaspoons salt with whisk.
  2. Pour into slow cooker.
  3. Add pork and turn to coat with sauce.
  4. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
  5. Transfer pork to cutting board.
  6. Allow to cool slightly.
  7. Meanwhile, strain sauce through fine-mesh strainer.
  8. Discard solids.
  9. Pour 1 1/4 cups sauce into small bowl; stir in vinegar.
  10. Reserve remaining sauce for another use.

~*~ Helpful Baking Tip ~*~

  • After this, all you have to do is put the pork back into the slow cooker and then pour the sauce over the pork and toss to mix well.

    That’s the best way. Even chicken in the crock pot just pulls apart. I now put London Broil in the crock potatos, onions n carrots. Whenever I cook London Broil, it’s tough. In the crock pot, it’s like pot roast. It breaks right apart w a fork.

    There is nothing that compares to slow cooked BBQ this is a food way for a pork roast to be cooked I suggest heavy on the spices and liquid smoke if your going for pulled pork sandwich’s
