Give us anything with milk or dark chocolate chips and we will bow down at your feet! Having said that, we are a little leery of white chocolate. It’s nice but kind of unnatural, isn't it? Is chocolate supposed to be white? Did some alien come from outer space and create white chocolate?
But then … we tried these White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies but every fear we had about the white in chocolate was tossed out the window!
OMG, these are so incredibly good! And the macadamia nuts giving it that little crunch to go with the smooth white chocolate … Seriously incredible!
