Breakfast Just Got Even Better: This Eggs Benedict Is Fantastic And It Only Takes Fifteen Minutes!

This amazing recipe makes enough for about four servings but you can always double the ingredients if  you want more. It takes about ten minutes to prepare and five minutes to cook. It will smell so wonderful, you'll want to dig right in!

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

3 egg yolks
Juice of 2 lemons
2 sticks butter
Dash of salt
Cayenne pepper
4 eggs
2 English muffins
4 slices Canadian bacon
Dash of paprika

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

Add egg yolks to blender or food processor. Add in lemon juice, blend for several seconds. With blender on, drizzle in melted butter. Turn off blender, add in salt, cayenne. Whip it until combined. Set aside.
Poach an egg by gently cracking an egg into simmering, slightly bubbling water.

The Additional Directions To Follow: 

Allow your egg to poach alone about two minutes, then take your egg out of the water using a slotted spoon. Put your egg on your plate. Poach the other eggs. Put some butter on half of your English muffin once it has been toasted and add it to your plate. Put your Canadian bacon over top. Then put your poached egg over everything. Add the Hollandaise sauce and paprika.
