We have tried many festive dips but this one is our favorite!
With only a few ingredients you can have one of the best dips to ring in the new year with. Here are some items you will need.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup champagne
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Gold or silver glitter sprinkles for topping
