Whats for dinner? The age old question that can often open the door to serious frustration. It can be so difficult to please everyone's taste buds and to fit in to your busy schedule. Well, who does not love Tator Tots and Cheese?
This is a delicious recipe for a Cheesy Tator Tot Casserole. What I love is that is so simple with very little prep needed. Typically my Sunday evening I am found cooking in the kitchen prepping all of our meals for the week. My favorite types of meals are easy casserole dishes that I can make and freeze so all I have to do is reheat it the night of.
So bring out the inner child in you and splurge! If only the school cafeteria had caught on to this recipe there would have been no worry when the menu read “Tator Tot Surprise!”

I can think of all kinds of possibilities with this! Don’t care for the ground beef, but maybe something like a lean sausage or turkey burger. And perhaps a California or Winter Mix for veggies. Peas are good, but maybe carrots or even spinach.

I make tater tott casserole but a lil different.. I layers totts with hamburger mushroom soup n cheese a few times then bake. Mm is it so tasty
