The Ingredients To Gather Are:
2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until completely smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Mix in the baking soda, salt. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, vanilla extract. Mix in flour.To make this recipe as a Reese’s stuffed banana bread muffins:
Heat oven 350 degrees F. Line muffin pan with liners. Fill each well 1/3 of the way up and place a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the center. Top with more batter until well is 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes, or a tester inserted into the center comes out clean of wet batter.
