Here's everything you need for this mouth watering watermelon frosé. This recipe makes between three and four servings.
Ingredients to Gather
Watermelon Frosé
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 bottle of rosé wine
3-4 cups cubed watermelon (approx 1/2 mini melon)
Directions to Follow
In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together sugar and hot water until sugar is dissolved. Add in wine and stir to combine. Pour mixture into a shallow baking dish or into ice cube trays and freeze until solid, at least 8 hours.
To serve, pop the ice cubes out of the trays or spoon out the frozen mixture and transfer it to a blender. Add in cubed watermelon. Blend until smooth.Have you ever made a watermelon frosé?
