Ingredients To Gather:
- 4 large carrots
- 10 baby red potatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 cups water
- 4 lb corned beef brisket
- 6 ounces beer
- 1/2 cabbage
Instructions To Follow:
Put all of your vegetables into the slow cooker and pour water on top of them then place the brisket on top of it as well as the beer.
Leave the brisket in the slow cooker for about 8 hours, or until meat is as tender as desired, then just stir in the cabbage an hour before serving.
