2. Pineapple-Raspberry Parfaits

For a quick and easy dessert for those busy weeknights, try a parfait! If you are able to grab a pineapple, but not yet ready to eat it, then cut it up and put the chunks in the freezer. That way you can still use the pineapple to create amazing desserts with little to no effort. For the parfait, you just use yogurt, frozen pineapple and raspberries. This is an easy one to dress up with a drizzle of honey and brown sugar, or even some granola.

5. 3 Ingredient Vegan Pineapple dessert

This dessert does not have much of a name, so I invite you to create your own name for it! The three ingredients are frozen pineapple, honey, and almond milk. You basically blend it up until you have an amazing frozen treat similar to ice cream. This one is great for a snack during an hot day, but I would even eat this for breakfast!
