Molten Rocky Road Skillet

Molten Rocky Road Skillet

These Rich and Gooey Cookies Might Just Melt In Your Mouth!

If you've never had a skillet cookie, boy are you missing out! Oven-baked cookies are delicious, no on can argue with that. After all, there's a darn good reason why most people make them that way and why that's been the standard method for generations. However, a skillet-baked cookie has a little something extra that makes it all that much more drool-worthy. They're just incredibly gooey while also being crispy, and they practically melt in your mouth!

We've always been a fan of skillet cookies, but recently we tried a version that's a new twist on an old favorite: Rocky Road! That's right, you may think of Rocky Road as a flavor of ice cream, and associate it with something rich, creamy and cold, but this skillet cookie version is practically molten! Plus, we like that you can make these ahead and then keep the dough in the fridge until you're ready to cook them.
