Discover The Secret To Delicious “Twice Baked” Baked Potatoes

Gooey, creamy, buttery and twice baked, oh and don't forget the bacon.

Don't these potatoes look divine?  Twice baked potato, is my absolute favorite potato (I love the skin) 🙂

You can use this recipe to create a great side dish with steaks, roasts, pork, meatloaf and even seafood!

The great thing about twice baked potatoes is, it isn't precise measuring, even your kids can do this!

 Basically, you bake some potatoes, scoop out the insides, add a bunch of good stuff, and mix it together.

Refill the skins, bake and there you have it… Twice baked potato.

My family just loves this recipe as it is a highlight of the meal with crumbled bacon, and melted cheese!

Ingredients

Servings: 12

  • Non-stick spray
  • 6 large baking potatoes (washed)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Hidden valley Ranch powder in the packet
  • 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup) or 4 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 ounces cream cheese or 3 ounces cream cheese sour cream
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Chives (Yum)
