As website Thrillist, there's more to this beer than simply tossing in some pork flavor. In fact, it sounds like quite an intricate and complex beverage!
The beer itself is “made with pork roll and spices.” According to the brewery's site, the spice blend includes “aromas of cocoa with hints of maple and smoke from the peat smoked barley.” Weirdly, it does not include essence of egg, bacon, and cheese.
We still haven't decided if we're brave enough to try this pork roll-flavored beer, but we do like broadening our culinary horizons and this creative beverage seems like the perfect place to start!
