    Get a new non stick pan small… get it hot add oil then eggs when egg sets swirl egg and bring arm back then quick forward and toss up then bring arm ack when you catch the eggs in mid air

    I’ve been cooking eggs for 60 plus years. Mine have always been quite tasty. I can hardly call my way wrong. It isn’t rocket science to cook an egg people.

    Don’t flip them. Just add a little water, put a lid on them for a few seconds, 30-45, and remove the lid. Waaaaa-laaaaaa – eggs done with lots of “dippy”!

    Put water in pan, boil, add eggs and lid. 3 minutes later you have perfect poached eggs. That’s the amount of time it takes to make toast.

    David Colpo It was mostly all tongue in cheek, I just thought it interesting that someone else knows how to cook my eggs.. but yes, it is an advice, maybe it should say, this is how you might make better eggs, rather than ‘you are cooking them wrong’ 🙂

    I like my whites fully cooked and yolk runny but hate flipping over easy so I just add a sprinkle of water to the pan and immediately cover. This steams the egg ensuring the whites are cooked and the yolk is warm but runny
