I love visiting new cities. No matter where you go in America each city and town has their own unique vibe and culture. I love finding those hotspots or eateries that most tourists don't know about. The ones that all the locals go to for their favorite dish.
This one was found in Rochester NY. The home of the Garbage Plate!
This dish has everything…and we do mean everything. In fact, I am pretty sure this dish was created by an overworked mom who needed to get rid of all the leftovers in her fridge. Take a look at this list of ingredients and you will see what I'm talking about.
Ingredients:
Cooked French fries (or home fries)
Macaroni Salad
Grilled Cheeseburgers
Mustard (I used Dijon)
Meat hot sauce
Fresh chopped onions
Ketchup
Frank's Red Hot
Day-old Italian bread
Once you have all of that in one spot its time to put it all together!
