Keep Everyone Happy With This Hearty Sandwich

Sometimes you need a quick and easy way to feed a large group of people…without spending hours in the kitchen cooking or spending a lot of time making individual sandwiches or other snacks. Maybe you're having friends over to watch the big game, or maybe you're heading out on a picnic and need something easy to not only prepare but also carry with you, as well as being able to stand up to a variety of temperatures and not needing to be refrigerated.

That's where this crowd-friendly sandwich comes in. It's a really ingenious method, where you make one large sandwich and cut it up into several smaller pieces that you can individually wrap and take with you. When many people want a sandwich that will feed a whole crowd, they often think of buying a sub, but that's big and bulky and not easy to tuck into a bag or picnic basket. This one is, though, which is one of the many reasons why we love it. Plus, you can make it up to three days in advance and stick it in the fridge, saving you valuable time on the big day.
