The Ingredients To Gather: 

  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 1 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons SPLENDA
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Place cucumbers and sweet onion in a bowl.
  2. Stir together sour cream, apple cider vinegar, SPLENDA, salt, pepper and celery seed.
  3. Pour over cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. Sprinkle dill on top.
