Mozzarella sticks have always been one of our favorite snacks, whether we want a quick snack while at home by ourselves or we're having friends over for movie night and want an appetizer that everyone will enjoy. After all, who can argue with that gooey, cheesy center and the savory bread crumb coating?

We didn't think mozzarella sticks could get any better or more enticing than they already are. After all, what could possibly better than melted cheese? We do like to experiment with what kind of dipping sauce we use, but we really didn't think there was much that could be done to improve on this beloved snack food. Boy were we wrong!
