Forget The Deep Fryer & All That Unhealthy Grease & Oil We Made These Sweet Potato Fries A Little Differently

You can top these off with some Black Pepper or you can douse them in some salt. We love eating these with Ranch Dressing but they're good enough on their own.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into fry shapes
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • sea salt & pepper

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 20 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse well, to ensure the starch is removed, then pat dry with a towel.
  4. Transfer the fries to a clean bowl, and toss with the coconut oil and rosemary.
  5. Arrange the fries into a single layer on the lined baking sheet, and bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
  6. After the 15 minutes, remove from the oven, flip them over.
  7. Sprinkle immediately with sea salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately, with your favorite dip, if you like!
