Forget The Oven: We Made This Delicious, Seasonal Berry Cobbler Right On The Grill & It Tasted Awe-Mazing!

This mixed berry cobbler makes enough for ten servings so there is plenty to enjoy. It takes about thirty minutes on the grill. It will smell so wonderful, you'll want to dig right in!

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 cans biscuit dough
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups blueberries
  • 1½ cups strawberries
  • 1½ cups blackberries
  • 1½ cups raspberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Ice cream, for topping

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

1. Cut biscuits into small, pieces about 9 per biscuit, place in  bowl.
2. Sprinkle sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt over, mix.
3. On the grill, using  foil pan or grill-proof pan, combine blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch.

The Additional Directions To Follow:

Stir everything together thoroughly. Allow it to cook until the juice from the fruit gets released. Top your fruit with your dough as evenly as you can. Place foil over your pan, and close your grill. Set grill temperature to 350 degrees and allow it to cook for approximately twenty minutes or so. Remove your foil, close your grill and cook for ten additional minutes or until dough is done. Take cobbler off the grill and top with ice cream.
