  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 eggs

  3. Stir the sugar and flour together thoroughly into the ricotta.
  4. Add eggs 1 at a time. Blend vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest and salt.
  5. Pour batter into pan.
