Like Strawberry Shortcake Then Try These Strawberry Cheesecake Bites…

Read that title again. It gets better with every single word! “Chocolate”? Y, s please. “Strawberry”? Go on. “Cheesecake”?! Amazing. “Bites”? You mean I can take all this with me?! Sign me up, right now.

And it gets even better when you realize graham crackers are involved. This sweet, crunchy treat is great for an after-dinner dessert, or an on-the-go snack for your kids' lunch boxes. And even though they're dipped in chocolate and cookie crumbs, you can at least look to the strawberry for some Vitamin C content. It could be worse, right?

Anyway, I wouldn't feel too bad about treating myself if I were you after taking the time to create these beauties. It might take a while to turn a quart of strawberries into a plate full of appetizing snacks, but it'll definitely be worth it in the end.
