Garlic & Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

The best protein in the world is pork. This choice cut of meat can be cooked a lot of different ways and it's pretty hard to mess up when you are working with it.

Everything just marinates together with pork – especially my favorite spice: Garlic. I absolutely love working with these two ingredients together.

When I found this tender cooking recipe for herb roasted pork tenderloin with garlic I knew that this was going to be an instant favorite. All of the flavors from the Red Pepper Chili Flakes, to the Rosemary come together beautifully in this absolutely stunning dish.

Every single way I have cooked this my roast has came out tender and juicy. You can even add a squeeze of lemon on top of the roast if your looking for extra flavor or zest.

From start to finish you can make this Garlic & Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin in about forty-five minutes… this is including the cooking time.

First of all…the picture shows a pork LOIN, appering to be a center cut. Second, it looks over done. Your cooking time and temp needs to follow the “low and slow” method for meat this lean.
