Get Perfect BBQ Ribs Every Time With This Foolproof Recipe

Here's everything you need for these tender, succulent BBQ ribs. In just 60 minutes you can have flawless, flavorful ribs.

Ingredients to Gather

⅓ cup coarse salt
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup freshly ground pepper
½ cup paprika
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 bottle BBQ sauce
2 racks pork spare ribs

Directions to Follow

Preheat grill to 375 degrees.Prepare dry rub in a small bowl by mixing all the dry ingredients together until well-incorporated.
Remove membrane from back of the ribs.

Next, take the prepared dry rub and use it to evenly coat both sides of the ribs, and then use heavy duty aluminum foil to wrap each rack. (You can also use two layers of foil.) Grill the ribs for 1 hour, and then remove from the foil and place back on the grill and coat with BBQ sauce. Cook for 4 minutes on each side and baste with additional BBQ sauce.
