Have You Ever Tried A Cheesy Chicken Meatball Cauliflower Bake? It’s Two Of The Best Things Combined!

Needing something to make eating healthy a little more tasteful in the coming new year? Well, here you have a great way of doing just that. You can't go wrong with this!

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • pounds Ground chicken
  • 1 Egg

  • 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs (optional if gluten free)

  • 2 tablespoons Grated parmasean cheese

3-4 cups Chopped cauliflower

  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 3-4 cups Tomato sauce

  • 1.5 cups Grated mozzarella

  • 1/2 cup Grated parmasean

  • Fresh pepper, fresh herbs to taste

 The Step By Step Directions To Follow: 

Put together the ingredients together and mix. Form into balls and brown until the chicken is cooked. Put aside til later.

While your meatballs are cooking put the cauliflower going tossed with olive oil. Cook for approx. 10 to 15 min till a little tender. Remove them from the over and add the chicken meatballs to the pan and add tomato sauce. Put the cheese on top and place back in the oven at 400 degrees for approx. 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is browned and bubbly/

Now you are ready to try your new healthy version of meatballs made of chicken. You have a heathier alterative to the traditional meatballs that you and the family will love.

    You can also switch this up by subbing spinach or broccoli for the cauliflower and/or also just using one meat..ground turkey instead of beef.. all mixed in as a casserole, not necessarily meatballs if u want 2 save time. They’re all good!!
