    It’s quite obvious that this steak has been “shrink wrapped” A shrink wrapped steak will defrost in cold water in a pot in about 1/2 hour…Freeze my meat like this all the time & defrosting is a breeze

    I don’t shrink wrap, but I do put a pot of cold water on the steak . Pork chops take a little longer but still works
