I never understood why a cake mix is easier than just making a cake, especially with all the fixes.
Add two egg yolks to all, but the white, melted butter instead of oil. To the chocolate add a T of cocoa powder and instead of water use strong coffee. Vanilla cake add a t of vanilla bean paste. It tastes so much better than vanilla extract. Happy baking everyone.
