I have a friend who is a BBQ fanatic. In fact, if you bring any sauce to his bbq's not only will you get the look of death, but he may ask you to leave. I know sounds extreme right! Some people are just that passionate about BBQ. It's no longer just a way to cook meat, but it is a way of life!

So imagine his disdain when I told him I was cooking ribs for dinner….in the oven!! I think he may have had a heart attack.

I too was hesitant but when I found this recipe I had to try it and sure enough the weekend, I found it the weather was awful, so cooking indoors was our only option. Much to my surprise and everyone else's delight, they turned out fantastic! So much so that people were asking me for the recipe.

So what I have done is compiled for you the step by step process you will need to take and the ingredients you will need to make some amazing ribs in the oven!
