This is the best pickling recipe I ever came across and every single time I have let others try it they always begging for more. They just don't know how long it takes to pickle; if they did they wouldn't be so greedy.
I love pickling vegetables because I can make it in just under a half hour and then enjoy it six months later.
My mother in-law always makes the best pickles. I loved coming over to her house and raiding the refrigerator because I know the back side of it has a jar of un-opened, ripe pickles just waiting to be raided by my greedy hands.
The many lessons she taught me in life was how to cook and marinate food. This is one of the many recipes she taught me and probably my most favorite.

Did you forget the vinegar?
Simple enough recipe but like a few others I question the no vinegar ???? Please respond
This recipe is delicious…these are considered “new pickles” …they taste more like cu$#%&!@*ber then an over vinegar soaked pickle. I love these!
Yum, I love fermented pickles! Thanks for sharing the recipe,
