Copycat Recipe: Nutella

This incredible homemade Nutella recipe makes enough for about 1 pint but if you want to stock up so you have plenty for later, you can always double the ingredients.

This recipe calls for 3/4 a cup of chocolate chips but if you absolutely love chocolate you can always add more. It only takes about ten minutes to prepare and twenty minutes to be ready to enjoy.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • pinch of sea salt

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F. Spread hazelnuts on cookie sheet.
  2. Roast 15 minutes.
  3. Wrap hazelnuts in towel.
  4. Cool 10 minutes.
  5. Rub hazelnuts together to remove skin.
  6. Pulse hazelnuts in food processor 3 minutes.
  7. Ensure hazelnuts form butter-like consistency.
  8. Add chocolate chips, milk, honey, salt to pan, heat on low , until chips are melted.
  9. Remove from heat, cool.
  10. Add chocolate mixture to food processor, pulse until combined. Place in refrigerator to cool, thicken.
