If You Barbecue Chicken Then You Need To Make This Sweet & Savory Sauce – You’ll Taste The Difference!

This delicious barbecue chicken makes enough for nine servings but if you need more, you can always double or even triple the ingredients. It only takes ten minutes to prepare and twenty-five minutes to cook.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 8  Chicken Legs
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1/4  Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons (additional) Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Molasses
  • 4 Tablespoons Chipotle Adobo Sauce

The Step By Step Directions To Follow: 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place chicken on broiler pan or any pan with  rack, roast, 20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil over medium-low heat. Add onion,  garlic, cook, five minutes, stir.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Add  remaining ingredients,  stir. Simmer.  Taste after simmering and add whatever ingredient it needs.
  4. Crank on broiler to get  color on legs. Broil, five minutes.
  5. Remove  from oven. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.  Dip each  leg into sauce, submerging completely. Place back onto  pan. After  chicken is coated, return pan to oven for five minutes.
  6. Remove from oven. Brush with remaining sauce. Allow chicken to sit a few minutes.
