This is how I always cook bacon. I set at 400 for 20 minutes because I like it crispy.
I make my beacon in the microwave laying on a large bowl, put paper towel on top and set it for however many strips you put in there. 1 minute for each piece .
Oh yeah the bowl is upside down and put a plate to catch the drippings.

Baking doesn’t work for me.I have a gas oven and it just smokes up so bad when I bake bacon,no matter what temp.
It would take my oven 17min just to get to 400. Wonder how much longer to ok the bacon?
