ATTENTION BACON LOVERS: If You've Ever Struggled To Cook Your Bacon To Perfection, Then You Need To Read This!

I'm sure we all think we make perfect bacon. Maybe it's the pan you make it in, or the altitude of your home, or your microwave settings. Trust me, I've tried them all, and this technique that we've outlined on the following page, truly is the perfect way to make bacon.

Go ahead and make it for yourself and see just what we mean. You will be shocked at how easy it was to make. Gone are the days of hiding in your kitchen cabinet, using an extender claw to hold your spatula, so you can flip bacon without getting grease splattered all over you.

I put my bacon on a cookie cooling rack. It helps the fat drip into the pan below.

My husband cooks it in a fry pan and I cook it on a rack inside a cookie sheet lined with foul in the oven for about 22 minutes for thick bacon at 400 degrees.

Put water in the frying pan and boil the bacon until the water evaporates. This renders the fat. Continue frying on medium heat until crispy. Viola… perfect bacon everytime

Just wondering, so I can try, how much water? Just a few tablespoons, or do you put enough to cover the bacon? Thanks for the info.

Just enough to cover the bacon. If you use too much it takes a long time and we all want that bacon sooner rather than later, right? LOL
