This incredible soup makes enough for four servings but if you want plenty left over to enjoy again, you can always double or even triple the ingredients. It takes about fifteen minutes to prepare and about an hour to cook so the potatoes can get nice and soft. It will smell so good that you be dying to try that first amazing bite!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 lb. Hot Italian sausage
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 32 oz. l chicken broth
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 1 bunch kale
  • 3/4 c. heavy cream
  • Grated Parmesan, for serving

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Over medium heat, cook sausage, 5 -7 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, onion cook, 5 minutes Season with salt, pepper.
  3. Add broth , potatoes, water to cover, cook 1 hour.

  5. Add kale and cook for about 3 minutes then add the cream and top with Parmesan cheese.
