If You Like Savory Pork Chops That Are Cooked To Perfection Then You Need To TRY This Recipe NOW

Here's everything you need for these grilled pork loin chops. You can substitute Teriyaki sauce for the Worcestershire if you don't have the latter or you just want a different taste.

Let's Get Started…

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 (6 ounce) thick-cut boneless pork loin chops

Directions To Follow:

  1. Mix the garlic, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, ginger, onion powder, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl.
  2. Pour half the mixture into a large plastic zipper bag.
  3. Place the pork chops into the marinade.
  4. Squeeze the air out of the bag, and seal the bag. Refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
  5. Refrigerate remaining marinade in the bowl.

  1. Next, preheat an outdoor grill, setting it to medium heat and lightly oiling the grate. Take the pork chops out of the plastic bag and shake off any excess liquid.
  2. Put the chops on the preheated grill and baste with the marinade while the chops cook. Grill until the meat is browned, there are noticeable grill marks, and the meat is no longer pink inside.
  3. This should take between 8 and 10 minutes per side. You'll know they're done when a meat thermometer reads at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Finally, pour the rest of the marinade into a sauce-pan and bring to a boil over medium heat and then reducing to a simmer.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the marinade has thickened slightly, and then serve with the chops.

Finished!

We're drooling just thinking about these chops. We also like to cut them into pieces and use them for shish kabobs. Just marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours, place on skewers alongside vegetables and grill on medium until done.

Happy Baking & Enjoy!
