If You Like Tender Pork Chops Then This Pan Fried Recipe Will Be Your New Weekday Favorite!

These easy and incredible pork chops make enough for eight servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. This recipe uses cayenne pepper but if you aren't a fan of spicy food, you can leave that out.

Let's Get Started!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 7 pieces Or 8 Pieces Chops
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper To Taste
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • Extra Salt And Pepper

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Rinse pork chops.  Salt and pepper both sides of  pork chops.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients. Dredge each side of  pork chops in flour mixture, set aside on a plate.
  3. Heat canola oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add butter.
  4. Cook 3 pork chops at a time, 2 – 3 minutes on the first side; 1 – 2 minutes on the other side.
  5. Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining porch chops.
