Don't worry about using any type of garlic for this, if you have fresh or a little bit on the older side it will work the same.
Also if you are going to get a little creative you can always experiment on the type of Olive Oil that you are going to use.
Let's Get Started…
Ingredients To Gather:
-
2 heads of Garlic.
-
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions To Follow:
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
-
Slice the top ½” of garlic heads. Drizzle olive oil over the top of each head of garlic.
-
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
-
Gently separate cloves of garlic and squeeze cloves to get the garlic meat out of the skin of the garlic.
-
Use immediately or store in air tight container in the fridge.
