If You Want To Season Up A Good Burger & Make It Stand Out You Have To Make Sure You Add This!

This recipe calls for Worcestershire sauce to give your ground beef a hint of a steak flavor.  In addition, if you add a 2 Tbs of Liquid Smoke, it will add to the smoky grilled flavor of your burger.  (It's also great for the winter months or rainy days when you don't have access to a grill.)

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 pounds  ground beef
  • ½ C blue cheese
  • 2 Tbs Worcestershire
  • 2 Tbs Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbs cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • Lettuce, tomato red onion
  • 4-6 hamburger buns, Brioche is best

Directions To Follow:

  • Preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • Mix ground beef, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, steak seasoning.
  • Divide meat into equal portions,
  • Grill patties for 6-8 minutes on each side.
  • Add 2 Tbs of blue cheese crumbles on top. Close lid to melt cheese.
  • Toast buns on the grill.

~*~ Helpful Notes ~*~

The other great thing about Blue Cheese on a burger is that after you pile those crumbles on top, they don't won't melt all the way down so you'll have that crumbly gooey cheesiness on top of your burger.  You can also take a thick slice of Red Onions and grill them for a minute or two on each side.  Remember you don't want them to cook down, you just want them on long enough to get that grill flavor.

Finished!
