Instead Of Eating This Sinful Snack Out Of A Bag: Cut The Grease & Make Crispy Potato Chips At Home

Baked and mashed sweet potatoes are great. However, they can take time to get just right. This method for turning sweet potatoes into chips is incredible. You will be amazed at how it's done!

Let's Get Started!

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

You’ll  need to cut the sweet potato into even, thin slices. A mandoline would easily do the trick, but otherwise, make sure your knife is sharp enough. Toss them  with melted butter or olive/coconut oil, some seasoning (perhaps chipotle powder or paprika!).

Line  microwaveable dish with parchment paper,  make sure sweet potato slices aren’t crowded together to ensure even cooking. Cooking time depends on your microwave and how thick the slices are.

The Additional Step To Follow:

You should try to start about  four minutes,   and then keep adding an additional thirty seconds until your chips on a nice golden color.

Finished!

These sweet potato chips are so easy and delicious, they may be your new favorite way to enjoy sweet potatoes! Have you made these chips yet?
