It Could Be Cause Of The Marinade Or The Seasoning But These Beef Skewers Are Super Addicting!

These beef skewers marinate for at least one hour but preferably for more time, but they take less than five minutes to cook on the grill.

Let's Get Started!

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1- 1.25 pounds of skirt steak
  • Marinade
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup grainy mustard
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ⅓ cup minced fresh flat leaf parsley
  • ¾ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • wooden skewers

Step By Step Directions:

  1. Slice skirt steak in half following the grain. On a bias, slice the meat against the grain into thin strips.
  2. In a large container combine all the marinade ingredients.
  3. Stir to combine well.
  4. Add the steak strips/ Stir to coat all the meat with the marinade.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour and up to 8 hours.
  6. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  7. Thread the strips of steak with a wooden skewer.
  8. Turn the heat on the grill down to medium.
  9. Place the skewers on the grill.
  10. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
