Okay, so we overlooked a step! You do have to cube and brown your chicken breast before you begin. But, really, how much effort do you have to put into that? You are going to be so enamored with the results, a little work is not going to matter much. What We Need:

  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 (1 ounce) packet taco seasoning

  • 1 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies

  • 1 (10 ounce) packages corn tortillas or 1 (10 ounce) packages tortilla chips

  • 5 -6 cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 (16 ounce) packages shredded monterey jack cheese

Let's Get to Cooking!

  1. Preheat your oven at 325 degrees.
  2. Meantime, pour the soups, milk and taco seasoning into a large bowl with green chilies.
  3. Line a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with two layers of chips, cubed chicken, soup mixture and cheese
  4. Allow one hour for baking, removing pan safely from oven to cool.
