Honestly, I am so excited to whip up some chocolate chip cookie dough bars, if it is in a bar then it is totally acceptable to eat cookie dough right? I am totally guilty of snacking on just plain cookie dough, the ultimate comfort food! The best thing is that throughout the summer I will be baking without using my oven. These recipes are so simple and delicious you will almost feel guilty, the key word is almost!

So when the mercury rises don't heat your kitchen up! Stay cool, beat the heat and make some fun desserts while you're at it!

Which no bake recipe sounds the best to you? What are your tricks for baking in the summer time?
