One diner told recounted her experience to a local television station. Her story nearly made us gag and this is definetly not the first account they have been accused of.
Look What Happened…
Mayfield resident Madison Stephens tells WPSD-TV that she visited the local McDonald's on Sunday and purchased food for her and her 1-year-old son. She says that as she was about to bite into her hamburger, a live worm fell out.
A Live Worm, Squiggling On The Table In Front Of Them…
Stephens said she contacted McDonald's about the incident, and the company then sent her a $10 gift card. Another woman about 25 miles away said she had a similar experience. It's great that the company tried to make some kind of amends, but $10? It's going to take a lot more than that to make up for such a traumatic experience.
