Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup canned Old El Paso™ green chiles, undrained
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 4 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 or 5 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips, as desired
Directions To Follow:
1 In large bowl or electric mixer, beat sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, chiles and spices on medium speed until well blended.
2 Stir in corn, bacon and cilantro.3 Stir until well combined.
4 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours before serving.5 Serve with chips.
