Here's everything you need for this mouthwatering no-bake corn dip. You need just 10 minutes of prep time and 1 hour of chilling time for this easy dip recipe that makes eight servings.

Let's Get Started… 

Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup canned Old El Paso™ green chiles, undrained
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 or 5 slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Food Should Taste Good™ multigrain tortilla chips, as desired

Directions To Follow:

1 In large bowl or electric mixer, beat sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, chiles and spices on medium speed until well blended.
2 Stir in corn, bacon and cilantro.

3 Stir until well combined.
4 Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours before serving.

5 Serve with chips.
