Make A Healty Anti-Oxidant Mix

The weather is clearing up and it is time to enjoy some fresh sunshine and venture into the outdoors! Spring is the time to start planning camping trips, go on weekend hikes and enjoy the blossoming beauty of nature. This time of year is my favorite, because I get to wear lighter clothing and enjoy more of my surroundings. Rather than fighting off hostile weather and consuming rich foods to balance my body, I get to feast on fresh veggies, sip on smoothies and munch on one of my favorite snacks: Trail mix!

I love foods that I can customize and I also require variety in my diet. Trail mix serves both of those factors and it is also really fun to put together. It's a tasty snack that can also be used to feed your body the nutrients it needs. I love to sneak health in as much as possible and with trail mix I can mindlessly nosh on an abundance of anti-oxidants without hardly a notice, except for the deliciousness embodying my taste buds,

If you are wondering why I am so excited about trail mix, it could be because you may be used to eating the store bought, pre-packaged kind, which can be beneficial and great, but are never is exciting as the mixes you concoct yourself, using the ingredients you love most.
