Risotto, in all its delicious velvety, creamy glory, sometimes there is simply nothing better. However, achieving that perfect risotto taste can be a whole different story. Yet, low and behold I found this recipe on the internet. After some convincing I decided I'd give it one last shot. If I failed to create an amazing risotto with this recipe I was done. Well let me tell you, here I am, a newly self proclaimed risotto pro!
