MMMM This Ham, Turkey & Bacon Croissant Melt Is Our New Lunch-Time Favorite

The Ham, Turkey and Bacon Croissant Melt is a must-try recipe! Regret will consume you if you don’t give it a try at least once… or twice.

The Ingredients To Follow:

  • 4 croissants
  • 1/2 lb. deli ham, sliced thin
  • 1/2 lb. deli turkey, sliced thin
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack cheese

The Tangy Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 1/3 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbl. mustard
  • 1 Tbl. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbl. honey
  • 1/2 Tbl. fresh lemon juice

Directions To Follow:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Slice croissants in half.
  3. Spread honey mustard on each half.
  4. Top the bottom half of each croissant with a few slices of deli ham, deli turkey, two slices of bacon and a slice of cheese.
  5. Cover with tops and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 4-5 minutes.

For the Honey Mustard: Stir together all ingredients.  Taste and adjust ingredients if needed.

When making your own Honey Mustard Sauce, depending on one’s taste, it is recommended to ad a bit of Worcestershire sauce as well to add a bit of more flavor to it. Don’t forget to also throw pinches of salt and pepper to season the honey mustard too!
