This recipe makes enough for about two pounds of dough. It takes about five minutes to prepare and then about forty-five to an hour to double in size until it is ready. You'll be dying to throw on some toppings, bake it and dig right in!
Let's Get Started!
The Ingredients To Gather:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup semolina flour
1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
1 tablespoon instant active dry yeast
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups warm water
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
Mix all purpose flour, semolina flour, salt, yeast to combine. Add olive oil, water, mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Raise speed to medium, mix 3 minutes more. Transfer dough to large oiled bowl.
The Additional Directions To Follow:
Place some plastic wrap over your bowl and then allow your dough to rise until it has doubled in size approximately forty-five minutes to one hour or so. Then your dough should be wrapped up nice and tight and put in the fridge for no more than three days. When you are ready to use it, your dough should be at room temperature.
