- Preheat oven to 350° F. Butter tcake pans and line with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.
- Beat eggs until frothy, a minute. Add sugar & beat until thick and light colored, 3-4 minutes. Add oil .

- Beat cream cheese and butter together until fluffy.
- Sift powdered sugar over the cream cheese/butter mixture.
- Mix until combined.
- Add maple syrup, vanilla extract.
